Across our international network the way that we conduct business is guided by three core values. "Excellence", "Responsibility" and "Respect" form the foundation of our code of ethics and are at the heart of our corporate strategy.

Respect means acting in an open and transparent manner towards our colleagues and customers and being open to their opinions, ideas and suggestions. By conducting business in a respectful manner we aim to provide the best solutions for the Heinzel Group
